Who can submit?
The Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal accepts Notes and Comments from current students enrolled in a ABA accredited law school. Additionally, the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal also accepts Comments from anyone.
What is a Note or Comment?
A Note is a student-authored piece of academic writing which discusses and analyzes an original legal issue or problem in some depth. Notes cannot be longer than 17,500 words.
A Comment is an authored piece of academic writing that is centered on an analysis or critique of a recent case, piece of legislation, law journal article, or law-related book. Comments are also significantly shorter than Notes. Comments cannot be longer than 7,500 words.
